Job Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to help build our sales function from the ground up. This role is highly strategic and focused on product-led growth: converting active users into paying customers, expanding utilization, and evangelizing the Extract brand. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial, technology-driven environment and enjoy building client relationships while driving revenue growth, this is the role for you.

What you will do:

  • Carry and exceed an annual revenue quota

  • Forecast and monitor sales metrics using MEDDICC methodology

  • Prospect to product users, Singular customers, and target accounts to generate consistent pipeline

  • Manage opportunities end-to-end: discovery, demos, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring customer success

  • Establish and manage partner channel networks to drive referrals

  • Execute campaigns to increase customer utilization and revenue

  • Attend industry events as a product and brand evangelist

  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to maximize growth

What you will need:

  • ​​4+ years of sales or account mgmt experience, with a track record of exceeding quota

  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT and Reverse ETL, and associated buyer personas

  • Experience selling SaaS via product-led growth

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in business development and referral channel partnerships

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Technical acumen and hands-on experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
