Description

monday.com is looking for a talented Account Executive who will be responsible for new business in the BeNeLux region (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg). You’ll join our Consulting Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.



About The Role

  • Quotas: This is a quota-carrying position focused on the BeNeLux region.
  • Sales Cycle: Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with key stakeholders in local markets.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
  • Customer ROI: Utilize a comprehensive understanding of the monday.com solution to connect offerings to customer ROI.
  • Opportunity Generation: Proactively build and identify opportunity signals for up-sells, add-ons, and cross-sells.
  • Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point of contact for relationship and commercial issues.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Develop strategies and coordinate support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution.



Requirements

  •  3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS company
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions – necessary to close deals efficiently.
  • Outbound lead generation - advantage
  • High proficiency in English – critical for collaboration with international teams and clients (Dutch is an advantage)
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships 
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills – ability to establish credibility with executives and decision-makers in local organizations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills– to effectively convey our value proposition.
  • Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up environment– essential traits for thriving in this dynamic market.
