Company Overview

Join the Digital Solutions team at FedEx to help transform one of the world's largest logistics networks into a digital-first powerhouse. This team is focused on rolling out a comprehensive suite of digital products—including visibility, sustainability, and post-purchase solutions (the "Digital Twin" of the FedEx network)—to help enterprise clients optimize their pre- and post-purchase customer experiences.

The Opportunity

This is an overlay sales role within a "startup environment" inside a large global organization. You will be responsible for selling digital products into a tier below global accounts—large, complex businesses in verticals like Healthcare, B2B Tech, Retail, Telco, Industrial, and Agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage High-Complexity Sales: Navigate 6-9 month sales cycles for digital solutions including visibility and sustainability suites.
  • Overlay Strategy: Partner with regional and global transportation sellers to identify leads and educate them on the digital product portfolio.
  • Territory Development: Focus on net-new business within large accounts, specifically looking for customers shipping high-value products.
  • Consultative Value Selling: Handle ACV deals typically ranging from $40k - $90k by articulating the ROI of digital transformation in logistics.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience selling digital products or SaaS.
  • Large Org Navigation: You must have experience in a large organization (overlay experience is a significant plus) or the ability to navigate complex personas within enterprise accounts.
  • Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of logistics is highly preferred.
  • Resilient & Patient: You understand that "moving the needle" in a large organization takes time and a high degree of enterprise sales acumen.
  • Startup Background: Experience working within a startup or high-growth organization is a plus as this team operates as such within the FedEx environment.

Why Join?

  • Massive Reach: You have access to a $11B book of business in Europe/International and a massive US footprint.
  • Innovative Stack: Work with a GTM stack that includes Salesforce, Gong, and internal AI agents (powered by ChatGPT/Gemini).
  • Growth: This team is building significant momentum, expanding from a small specialized group into a critical arm of the FedEx global strategy.
