The Client Success Director is responsible for achieving a high quality of service for clients, meeting the business plan and ensuring performance metrics are met. In this position, you will drive the service delivery strategy for a portfolio of clients and will have accountability for client performance, retention, satisfaction and growth.

About You:

  • You are an expert in building joint business plans and leading strategic partnership discussions.

What you’ll do:

  • Primary relationship support resource for OneMagnify across an enterprise book of business.

  • Strong understanding of client business landscape while defining near and long-term objectives.

  • Key contact as voice of customer to enable clear internal goals and expectations.

  • Strong understanding of OneMagnify capabilities and Practice Areas with vision on client business planning via QBRs and long-term partnership discussions.

  • Collaborate with other business units and client success team members to recognize opportunities and create plans to address

  • Continuous innovation and evolution of existing engagements

  • Business Planning, relationship mapping, and ensuring that you are using the weight of the organization to drive quality delivery and client growth.

What you’ll need:

  • Track record of successfully working across an enterprise customer base, going deep on a smaller set of accounts vs. wide and shallow.

  • 8+ years of digital marketing and analytics experience.

  • Have a background in the service industry vs. working for a singular technology platform.

  • The proven ability to deliver high stakes client presentations that are rooted in a deep understanding of their business goals.

  • Strategic thinking thought leadership and Diplomacy.

  • Strong interpersonal skills that empower good thinking and encourage cooperation and enthusiasm.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to present and represent great thinking and work.

  • Sound analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative.

  • Strong commercial judgment with the proven ability to balance growth, retention and profitability, and business goals against operational constraints and risk.
