What You Will Do In This Role

As the Account Director - AI & Infrastructure Providers at Inflect, you will report directly to our VP of Partnerships and you will drive the success and enablement of our AI and infrastructure partner ecosystem. This is a highly visible and strategic hands-on role where you own the lifecycle of assigned partners, ensuring top-tier performance on Inflect-routed opportunities while maintaining total marketplace trust.

This isn't a role for someone who just wants to manage relationships; it’s for an operator who understands the technical nuances of colocation, network, GPUaaS, and bare metal. Working closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Engineering, you will transform partner intelligence into actionable outcomes that accelerate deal velocity, enhance platform adoption, and improve opportunity routing efficiency. You are the architect of partner success, ensuring our marketplace remains the gold standard for digital infrastructure.

Who You Are

You are a strategic thinker with a "boots on the ground" execution mindset. You don't just look at partner logos; you dive into the mechanics of their capacity, power availability, and deployment speed. You possess the unique ability to translate complex technical capabilities into transactable marketplace offerings. You are a collaborator who thrives when aligning technical and business stakeholders to move the needle on marketplace growth.

You absolutely hate stale data or missed SLAs and you have a strong can-do attitude and an innate commitment to reach a high standard no matter what it takes. You view yourself as a "Force Multiplier," leveraging AI-driven insights and marketplace intelligence to improve bi-directional routing for our sales team. You are driven by measurable outcomes and have a deep understanding of the AI and cloud ecosystems, allowing you to provide elite-level advisory to our partners and internal teams.

You will excel in this role if you feel like we're talking about you when we say the ideal candidate brings the following to the table:

  • Ecosystem Expertise: 5+ years in infrastructure, AI, cloud, hosting, or network sales/operations with a deep understanding of GPUaaS and colocation.
  • Operational Excellence: Highly analytical with a relentless focus on data hygiene, SLA compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Strategic Enablement: Proven experience in partner recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  • Executive Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to interface confidently with Fortune 500 leadership.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A proactive problem-solver who can navigate cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
Who We Are

We're revolutionizing the way companies buy and sell digital infrastructure (Datacenter, cloud, and network services), and we're extremely proud of that. Digital infrastructure services are the building blocks of the internet and at the core of every industry. Traditionally, it's been bought manually through service provider salespeople, resulting in high costs, slow procurement cycles, and services that aren't the best fit - slowing down the ability of companies to build and innovate. Inflect's marketplace and advisory are removing friction so any company can get what they need, when they need it, with the right deal terms. By achieving our mission, we unlock businesses to build and human innovation to inflect!

Of course, we're also a startup, and it's important that you understand what that means if you work for us. We work quick, we work smart, we work hard, and the road to success is filled with some of the highest highs, but also has its fair share of lows. If you're looking for the same thing day in and day out, this will not be the place for you. (And that's totally okay!) We're all owners of Inflect -full time employees receive option grants-, and we know that we're the reason we'll achieve our goals, or we'll be the reason we don't. So believe me when I say that we're hell bent on achieving our goals. If this sounds like the kind of environment you would thrive in then we'd love to have you!
