Where we Work

Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About this role 

The ADR role is a critical front-end sales position where you will handle all Udemy Business oubound inquiries. As an ADR, you will focus on outbound prospecting by identifying and reaching out to new potential customers. You’ll initiate conversations with key decision-makers, uncover their business challenges, and position Udemy Business as a solution that drives growth and employee development. This role requires proactive engagement, strategic research, and persistence to generate high-quality opportunities for our sales team.

What you'll be doing
  • Understand and convey the Udemy Business mission, value proposition, and product
  • Become a brand ambassador by getting to know and love the Udemy Business product and story
  • Maintain a high cadence of activities to develop inbound inquiries of Udemy Business through calls, video meetings, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule product demonstrations with our Account Executives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Udemy Business
What you’ll have 
  • Fluency in Spanish/Italian 
  • Experience in business development (preferably outbound), sales or related field experience
  • Self-motivated with a team player mentality, you’re passionate about your work
  • Ability to develop compelling customer stories that deliver results, with a strong attention to detail and active listening
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, ability to prioritise tasks and mange ambiguity
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
