About the Role: 

The Regional Account Coordinator plays a key support role in driving brand awareness, market share, and sales performance for Olaplex across a focused group of retail locations within a designated region. Reporting to the Regional Account Executive, the RAC partners closely with store teams to execute in-store strategies, deliver impactful education, and support events that enhance the Olaplex brand experience. This field-based role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, education, and relationship building, with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow in field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Execution: Assist in executing localized business plans to support regional sales goals and initiatives 
  • Store-Level Engagement: Manage and build relationships with a select group of retail doors to deliver high-touch brand support and drive performance 
  • Education & Training: Deliver in-store education to beauty advisors and stylists, ensuring strong product knowledge and brand advocacy. Leverage a "train-the-trainer" approach to empower store staff.
  • Event Support & Activation: Coordinate and participate in in-store events, product launches, and seasonal activations in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Account Executive 
  • Merchandising Excellence: Ensure that Olaplex merchandising standards are maintained across assigned stores, including inventory checks and fixture cleanliness 
  • Side-by-Side Selling: Conduct in-store selling support alongside teams to help meet sales targets and improve customer experience 
  • Reporting & Feedback: Track and report on store-level performance, field activity, and customer insights. Communicate key findings and opportunities to the Regional Account Executive

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate relationships with store leadership, beauty advisors, and salon professionals to increase brand loyalty and engagement 
  • Act as a key point of contact for Olaplex within your assigned stores 
  • Collaborate with regional retail partners (e.g., Sephora, ULTA) to align training, event execution, and business needs 
  • Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships within the retail environment to build brand presence and advocacy
About You:  

Travel & In-Store Requirements:

  • In-field support: Job requires 5 days a week in-store support with two full office days per month
  • Travel: Must be able to travel by car or public transportation; mileage and travel expenses reimbursed per company policy 
  • Weekend availability: Weekends are required (including occasional Sundays and evenings to support key events and selling days) One weekend off per month
  • Physical requirements: Standing or walking for up to 6+ hours per day; ability to lift and transport up to 25-30 pounds 
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, beauty education, or account coordination (prestige beauty/haircare a plus) 
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering education and training 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple store relationships independently 
  • Comfort with basic reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual training platforms 
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused, retail environment 
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable) and ability to travel as required

Our Total Rewards: 

The annual base pay for this position is $67,000 - $77,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
