Account & Campaign Operations Lead, VyroAbout Vyro

Vyro is a viral content distribution platform within Beast Industries. We connect brands with a vetted network of tens of thousands of creators to amplify short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X. Our clients include major entertainment properties and consumer brands looking to drive measurable reach through creator-powered distribution.

The Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and keep campaigns running smoothly from kickoff to wrap. You'll split a growing book of business with our current account lead, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients while coordinating internally to deliver results on time and on brief.

This role sits at the intersection of client service and creative operations. You'll need to translate what clients want into briefs that actually work for our production team, flag problems before they escalate, and spot opportunities to deepen relationships through upsells and renewals.

What You'll Do

Account Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact for your book of business
  • Own proactive communication: campaign updates, performance flags, renewal conversations
  • Translate client feedback into clear internal briefs
  • Maintain fast response times as we scale

Campaign Operations

  • Write creative briefs that minimize revision cycles
  • Build and refine intake processes that surface client requirements early
  • Track campaign timelines and flag delays before they become client-facing problems
  • Coordinate internal review workflows across creative and distribution teams

Growth Opportunities

  • Build relationships with manual distribution pages: identify partners, negotiate CPMs, manage a lightweight CRM
  • Develop a UGC creator network across verticals and run Vyro-branded campaigns
  • Contribute strategic perspective to pitch meetings beyond standard service offerings
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years in influencer marketing, creator economy, or agency account management
  • Strong written communication skills (you'll write a lot of briefs, client emails, and internal docs)
  • Process-oriented but comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Genuine understanding of short-form content and what performs across platforms
  • Proactive by default, not waiting to be told what needs doing
Nice to Have
  • Experience with campaign management tools or CRMs
  • Existing relationships with creators or distribution pages
  • Background in content strategy or creative development
BenefitsThe Perks, Why Work On the MrBeast Team

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
