We connect brands with a vetted network of tens of thousands of creators to amplify short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X. Our clients include major entertainment properties and consumer brands looking to drive measurable reach through creator-powered distribution.
The RoleWe're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and keep campaigns running smoothly from kickoff to wrap. You'll split a growing book of business with our current account lead, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients while coordinating internally to deliver results on time and on brief.
This role sits at the intersection of client service and creative operations. You'll need to translate what clients want into briefs that actually work for our production team, flag problems before they escalate, and spot opportunities to deepen relationships through upsells and renewals.
What You'll DoAccount Management
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for your book of business
- Own proactive communication: campaign updates, performance flags, renewal conversations
- Translate client feedback into clear internal briefs
- Maintain fast response times as we scale
Campaign Operations
- Write creative briefs that minimize revision cycles
- Build and refine intake processes that surface client requirements early
- Track campaign timelines and flag delays before they become client-facing problems
- Coordinate internal review workflows across creative and distribution teams
Growth Opportunities
- Build relationships with manual distribution pages: identify partners, negotiate CPMs, manage a lightweight CRM
- Develop a UGC creator network across verticals and run Vyro-branded campaigns
- Contribute strategic perspective to pitch meetings beyond standard service offerings
- 2-4 years in influencer marketing, creator economy, or agency account management
- Strong written communication skills (you'll write a lot of briefs, client emails, and internal docs)
- Process-oriented but comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Genuine understanding of short-form content and what performs across platforms
- Proactive by default, not waiting to be told what needs doing
- Experience with campaign management tools or CRMs
- Existing relationships with creators or distribution pages
- Background in content strategy or creative development
