Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Account Leadership:
Serve as the executive sponsor and primary commercial interface for key accounts.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with customers including utilities, government entities, and industrial players.
Engage C-level and technical stakeholders to identify needs and position value-based solutions.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for product enhancements and service quality.
Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and commercial terms to close deals efficiently.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Drive orders growth across automation portfolios.
Define and implement key account and go to market strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
Formulates and executes deal structure, pricing, proposal development and customer negotiations.
Identifies new opportunities , Pipeline creation, ensure visibility and volume of Opportunities in line with the Operating Plan.
Lead complex solution sales including grid modernization and grid automation projects.
Team Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with technical application, project management and tendering
Interfaces with other Grid Solutions Sales within assigned countries.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the energy automation domain.
Provide strategic inputs to marketing, product management, and leadership.
What you will bring:
- Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Expert knowledge of sales process with min 10 years in grid automation or other related filed in Gulf and Middle East.
- Overview of Power System, Protection and Automation systems, communication Applications for Transmission, Distribution and Industry segments.
- Financial acumen, knowledge of pricing, costing and product accounting.
- Working knowledge in Sales Force/SPEAK environment.
- Arabic, English and French language.
- Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills, customer focused, enthusiastic.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
