Are you a recent master’s graduate ready to make your mark in the world of robotics? AutoStore, the global leader in robotic warehouse automation, invites you to join our 2025 Acceleration Program as a Junior Product Manager.
This unique program is designed to fast-track your development by immersing you in a dynamic, innovative environment. From day one, you’ll be a permanent employee and part of a select group of ambitious graduates ready to shape the future of automation. This role is based in Salem, NH.
Your Role
As a Junior Product Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in the product development process. You'll work closely with our product team to research market trends, analyze customer feedback, and assist in developing new product features. The ideal individual should be interest in technology and product development, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. In this role, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities. You will be part of a department integral to AutoStore's success, working closely with team members who are passionate about what they do and supporting one another. will be supported by mentors and positioned for success in a fast-moving, technology-driven industry.
Key Tasks Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Assist in creating product roadmaps and requirements documents

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product vision is realized

Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Key Qualifications:

Graduating a Master's degree within Business Administration, Computer Science, Product development or similar

Interest in technology and product development

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and follow-up skills
