Job Summary
The Program Coordinator supports the administrative and operational functions of multiple academic programs within the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department. Reporting to the Program Manager, and working in collaboration with program directors, the coordinator performs day to day administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient program operations. In addition, the coordinator plays a key role in managing annual academic processes—including admissions, enrollment, orientation, and graduation—by tracking deadlines, preparing required materials, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator also assists with routine reporting, data collection, and program documentation to support compliance, evaluation, and continuous improvement across all assigned programs.Does this position require Patient Care? Essential Functions-
-Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to program management.
-Maintain accurate and organized program documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
-Assist with Department and Institute events that require on- and off-site work outside regular hours: open houses, commencement, trainings, etc.
-Assist in the planning and execution of recurring processes within CSD Department.
-Enter and manage program-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Communicate with students, faculty, staff, and administration to provide information, collect feedback, and address inquiries
-Performs other duties as assigned.
-Comply with all policies and standards

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Location
This position is in person with most days required to be worked on-campus every week. In general weekly remote days are allowed except for when program scheduling necessitates more presence on campus as well as outside of regular hours (ex. Student open houses and orientation, commencement, on-site trainings, etc).
