Our world is transforming, and PTC is leading the way. Our software brings the physical and digital worlds together, enabling companies to improve operations, create better products, and empower people in all aspects of their business.

Our people make all the difference in our success. Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow – all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.

We’re hiring an ABM Marketing Specialist to roll up their sleeves and lead targeted account-based marketing (ABM) efforts in the Industrials sector. If you know how to build and run campaigns that actually move the needle – and can work closely with sales to make it happen – we want you on board.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Run ABM Campaigns – Create and execute campaigns aimed at key Industrials accounts. This means everything from events and webinars to direct mail and digital ads. You’ll figure out what works best for each account.
  • Work Directly with Sales – Partner with sales teams to understand their targets and build marketing plans that help them close deals faster. Your work needs to sync with their goals.
  • Drive Awareness and Leads – Launch initiatives that get attention from key accounts and generate leads that sales can actually use. You’ll help warm up cold accounts and accelerate deals already in progress.
  • Measure and Adjust – Track performance, report on what’s working (and what isn’t), and adjust campaigns accordingly. You’ll live in Salesforce, 6sense, and Eloqua to keep things on track.
  • Own the Budget – Manage the ABM budget and ensure we’re investing in the right activities to drive growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in software (Industrial or manufacturing experience is a bonus).
  • You’ve built and run ABM campaigns before – and have results to show for it.
  • Comfortable managing large events and digital programs – from planning through execution.
  • Understand how sales works and know what it takes to support them in complex deals.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, 6sense, and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills – you know how to keep things moving, even with tight deadlines.
  • Solid communicator – can clearly explain what you’re doing and why it matters to both marketing and sales leaders.
  • A team player who can work independently and drive initiatives forward without constant oversight.
  • Willing to travel 25-30% when needed.

If you’re ready to run campaigns that actually drive business – let’s talk.
