Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B outbound and ABM strategies based on agreed ICPs, industries, markets, personas, and named accounts.
- Research, segment, prioritize, and engage high-fit accounts and decision-makers.

- Use AI for prospect research, personalization, campaign development, analysis, and workflow design.
- Apply human judgment to ensure accuracy, relevance, and commercial quality when using AI.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Test and refine targeting, messaging, sequencing, and follow-up strategies.
- Use prospect responses, objections, buying signals, Sales feedback, and downstream outcomes to improve campaigns.
- Maintain accurate prospect, engagement, booking, handoff, and campaign records.
- Manage outbound inboxes, replies, lead lifecycle activity, and CRM hygiene.
- Monitor email deliverability fundamentals and sender health.
- Escalate technical deliverability issues when required.
- Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, handoffs, and downstream outcomes.
- Track appointments, qualified handoffs, pipeline activity, and commercial impact.
