What you will do:

• Attract candidates through various job platforms;
• Advertise open roles on various channels;
• Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities;
• Work closely with different departments to forecast staffing needs;
• Screen, interview, and make sure every candidate leaves with a great impression of us (whether hired or not);
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process;
•Make lead-generation activities.


Requirements

•Good communication skills of written and spoken English (B1+);
