We need an English-fluent ServiceNow Solution Architect, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Stay current with emerging healthcare technologies and evolving ServiceNow modules.
- Expand knowledge and expertise in third-party integrations and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Represent the organization professionally in industry-related events, forums, and activities.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently when required.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, including translating technical solutions into business-friendly language.
- Leverage creativity and technical expertise to enhance and evolve CareIQ product offerings in response to customer feedback and market demands.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in consulting or technical solution delivery.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management (HCLSSM) preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow Contract Management Pro Plus preferred.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $5,500 - $7,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
