We need an English-fluent Sales Representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intro/discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and marketing goals.
  • Clearly articulate our offerings and how we can support their objectives.
  • Build strong rapport and trust from the first conversation.
  • Assist with outbound outreach efforts, including identifying potential leads, researching target companies, and creating tailored outreach messages.
  • Follow up with warm leads and support ongoing communication to move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales playbooks, pitch decks, and outreach frameworks.
  • Share feedback from the field to improve messaging and targeting.
  • Keep all sales activities up to date in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on pipeline status and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or client engagement role, with a strong track record of selling marketing or creative services.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear, persuasive, and confident, both on calls and in writing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing services and agency-client dynamics.
  • Experience in developing top-of-funnel strategies.
  • knowledge of CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is required.
  • Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM tools.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote team.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.

It´s a Plus:

  • Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
  • Experience in a startup or growth-stage agency.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $1,700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
