Key Responsibilities (what should you do)

1. Design and Development:

  • Create visually stunning website designs that align with clients' branding and objectives.
  • Develop responsive web designs that work seamlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Use industry-standard design tools and technologies to bring concepts to life.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately.

2. User Experience (UX) Design: 

     2.1 Conduct user research to understand user behavior and preferences.

     2.2 Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize the user journey.

     2.3 Implement best practices for UX design to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

3. Graphic Design and Multimedia:

a) Design graphics, icons, and multimedia elements to enhance website aesthetics.

b) Create and edit images and videos for web use.

c) Ensure all visual elements are optimized for web performance and load times.

4. Client Collaboration:

  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and vision for their websites.
  • Present design concepts and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the design and development process.

5. Quality Assurance:

 - Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure compatibility, functionality, and visual integrity.

- Address and resolve any design-related issues or bugs in a timely manner.

Qualifications (Good to have)

1. Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design software.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

2. Preferred:

  • Experience with animation and interactive design.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects.
