We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop vibrant and eye-catching illustrations and animations for branding, marketing, and product campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to bring concepts to life visually.
- Adapt visual styles to different audiences and campaign needs.
- Create engaging assets for social media, web, and interactive experiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in illustration, motion design, or visual design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing contemporary, colorful illustration and motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (or other 2D animation tools).
- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
- Experience designing for digital-first platforms: social media, branding, or marketing campaigns.
- Good understanding and sensitivity for Latino culture.
- Spanish-speaking is a must.
- English: Intermediate to Advanced for collaboration with global teams.
It´s a Plus:
- Based in Mexico, Guatemala, or the Dominican Republic.
- Familiarity with Figma/Sketch for digital design integration.
- Experience in 3D tools (Blender, C4D) or interactive media.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
