We need an English-fluent Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud modules, including Core HR, Time & Labor, and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Perform functional testing, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve functional defects.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between modules and systems.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and new features to provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules (HR, Time & Labor, Payroll).
  •  Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and time management business processes.
  •  Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and security.
  •  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Ability to document functional requirements, test scripts, and user manuals.
  •  Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
