Summary:

This role contributes to ensuring 3D print production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. As a senior team member of operators and technicians, you will oversee equipment performance and collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement in 3D printing processes.

Role description:

In this role, you will set up, run, and post-process 3d prints. You will ensure quality standards have been met and ship prints to customers. You will work to ensure production timelines are met and communicate to leadership if there are any issues. 

Requirements:

  • Experience running 3D printers
  • Very focused and can operate efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Can smoothly navigate competing priorities, tight deadlines, and last-minute projects

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery noise, temperature changes, and particulate materials.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods.
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Compensation:

This is an hourly role, paying $20.00 per hour. You are paid for the hours that you work. You are overtime eligible; you will be compensated at time and a half for any additional hours worked over a 40-hour work week. Overtime must be approved by your manager in advance.
