What You’ll Do:
Navitas is seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Analyst to join our agile development team in support of AI/ML solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in usability research, prototyping, and user behavior analytics, contributing to the design and development of intuitive, data-driven capabilities that meet mission-critical needs.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Serve as a UX subject matter expert within agile development teams.
Translate user research findings into actionable interface requirements and optimized workflows.
Rapidly iterate design concepts through wireframes, storyboards, and mockups to support AI/ML capabilities.
Create hybrid wireframes/visual designs, flow diagrams, and clickable prototypes to guide user-centered design.
Develop fast, practical mock-ups that enable timely product evolution.
Design and validate usability improvements using qualitative and quantitative data, including A/B testing and user metrics.
Monitor and report on key UX performance indicators using user behavior tools and dashboard visualizations.
Support technical teams by identifying user-centric design opportunities for AI/ML integration.
Engage end users to build detailed user stories and identify functional requirements.
Facilitate iterative design feedback loops through interviews, usability tests, and surveys.
Work closely with mission owners and technical teams to define goals, success metrics, and workflows for UX improvement.
Design and advocate for UX enhancements that align with real-world user needs, behaviors, and mission outcomes.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
Proven experience with usability testing: preparing test plans, creating wireframes, conducting sessions, analyzing data, and presenting findings.
Strong background in creating wireframes, prototypes, user task flows, and other UX documentation to support development.
Prior experience in conducting user interviews and contextual inquiries to understand user behavior and environment.
Experience using user tracking tools such as Matomo.
Experience with visualizing user data and behavior using Qlik and/or Tableau.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Usability or UX certification (e.g., Certified Usability Analyst - CUA).
