About The Internship
As a Product Success Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional customer experiences alongside our technical product. This in-office, paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of educational technology. This role involves a combination of customer relationship management, project management, data analysis, and user support.
Upon completion of a successful Summer Product Success program, there is an opportunity for Product Success interns to secure a full time Product Success position effective immediately.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with users to understand their needs and challenges.
- Gather feedback and insights from users to share with the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
Project Management
- Partner with clients to identify, prioritize, and define key operational focus areas aligned with their goals.
- Develop structured project plans, set timelines, and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful implementation.
- Track progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and proactively adjust strategies to meet evolving client needs.
- Ensure measurable outcomes by aligning project deliverables with performance benchmarks and organizational objectives.
Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze user data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, usage patterns, and support metrics.
User Support
- Provide timely and effective responses to user inquiries through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027. Coursework and/or prior internship experience in Business, Education, Consulting, and Analytics (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for education and technology
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duration
This is a paid internship position that will last at least 10 weeks with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Preferable start time is early May.
Additional Information
This position is fully in-person and based out of Boston.
