Job At-A-Glance

The Summer Internship Program (May 26 – August 14) offers a 12-week paid opportunity to learn from top sales professionals in the digital banking technology industry. You’ll gain valuable insights into the customer journey, relationship management, and the sales process in a technology-driven organization.

This is a hybrid role, with three days in the Austin office preferred. Interns also engage in networking events, training workshops, and a final executive presentation.

A Typical Day

As a Sales/Customer Success Intern, you’ll collaborate with the business development and account management teams to support client outreach, prospect research, and CRM operations.

Examples of past intern projects include:

  • Analyzing lead conversion data and improving CRM efficiency.

  • Supporting demo preparation and proposal generation.

  • Researching market segments and potential client opportunities.

  • Assisting with strategic account planning initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct research on prospective clients and competitive trends.

  • Manage CRM data and assist with reporting.

  • Support the creation of sales presentations and pitch decks.

  • Shadow sales calls and meetings to observe client interactions.

What You’ll Bring
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with Excel and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus).

  • Enthusiastic, organized, and goal-oriented.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
