Dive into Customer Operations as a Summer Intern

As a part of our Customer Operations team, you’ll contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline operational processes, and support organizational change. You’ll collaborate across teams to develop communication strategies, improve documentation, and support leadership and culture-building programs.

Key Project Areas May Include

  • Designing and supporting leadership development programs
  • Developing change management plans for new operational initiatives
  • Crafting frontline engagement communications for customer service environments
  • Enhancing methods and procedures (M&P) documentation
  • Supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

  • Undergraduate or master’s students seeking a degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Psychology, or Business Administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing communications for various leadership levels
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable presenting to and engaging with leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with data analysis and research
  • Ability to document processes from ideation to final deliverable
  • Proven leadership experience in student organizations or similar roles
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual work environment

Program Details

  • Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote)
  •  Start Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026, or June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026
  • Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
  • This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Undergrad $20 per hour; Grad $28 per hour)
