1129 - Full-Stack Engineer (.NET/React/Angular)

We need an English-fluent Mid Level Full-Stack Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own complex features and vertical slices end to end, from technical implementation through delivery.

• Develop scalable backend services using .NET Core and C#.

• Build and maintain responsive, user-facing applications using React or Angular.

• Design, implement, and integrate REST APIs.

• Work with MySQL databases, including queries, data modeling, and optimization.

• Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.

• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Architects, Product, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Take ownership of assigned work and proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers.

• Contribute to improving development processes, code quality, and system reliability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience for Intermediate candidates; 5+ years preferred for Senior candidates.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C#.

• Experience working with MySQL or similar relational databases.

• Strong experience with at least one modern frontend framework: React or Angular.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend/frontend integration.

• Experience writing unit and integration tests.

• Understanding of software performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Experience using AI tools.
• Highly autonomous and self-sufficient in their processes

• Ability to independently own features from development through testing and delivery.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a distributed team.

• Strong English communication skills.

It's a plus:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD.

• Experience with performance optimization and monitoring.

• Familiarity with modern software architecture and design patterns.

• Previous experience working with distributed or nearshore engineering teams.

Compensation:

• The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $3,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This is a 40 hours per week.

• This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
