SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The 1031 Exchange Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and maintaining exchange files and coordinating all real estate closings 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Document Preparation: Partner with customers and title closers to draft exchange paperwork.
  • Closing Compliance: Review settlement statements and purchase contracts for tax-rule alignment.
  • Timeline Tracking: Monitor strict statutory deadlines for 1031 exchange completion.
