We need an English-fluent Revit BIM/ AutoCAD Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Set-up discipline level Revit models (Arch, MEP, etc.) and CAD backgrounds.
- Assist Engineers with project level support of Revit models and CAD backgrounds.
- Coordinate with architect’s counterpart regarding backgrounds and model set-up
- Perform drafting of MEP trades. Candidate should have knowledge of drafting for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades to assist when required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Revit BIM/ AutoCAD Coordinator.
- Expert knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination tools and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems
- Experience with multi-discipline coordination
- Communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
