Lead architecture and implementation of software for autonomous UAS systems; mentor engineers; ensure compliance with aerospace standards; optimize CI/CD pipelines.

Lead design, development, and optimization of guidance, navigation, and control systems for Group 1-4 UAS. Architect flight control software, develop Matlab/Simulink models, run SWIL/HWIL simulations, perform stability and controls analysis, mentor junior engineers, drive cross-disciplinary collaboration, and lead flight test R&D from concept to deployment.
