Automate repetitive tasks, run pilots, monitor KPIs (CSAT, containment, deflection, productivity), establish quality standards, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CX, Analytics, and external AI vendors to scale solutions.

Own a small portfolio of large, strategic provider partners; develop and execute account strategies to hit revenue goals; build executive-level relationships; drive expansion and retention; lead cross-functional teams; run virtual and in-person meetings; provide transparent pipeline tracking and escalate risks; travel frequently to strengthen partnerships.
