Oversee US, Canadian, international, and EOR payroll operations; approve payroll runs, resolve complex tax and compliance issues, and lead the payroll team. Manage multi-state and multi-province filings, reconciliations, journal entries, equity withholding, benefits deductions, audits, provider implementations, and new-country setup. Partner with People Operations, Legal, Accounting, and Equity while improving payroll systems, controls, procedures, and automation.

Architects and standardizes Oracle ERP integrations, including reusable templates, data mappings, APIs, and integration workflows. Partners with Engineering, Product, Design, customer-facing consultants, and account teams to support implementations and pre-sales. Analyzes customer environments, documents requirements, troubleshoots integration issues, and establishes technical consulting best practices. The role also expands expertise across multiple ERP ecosystems while improving scalability and implementation consistency.

Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts, targeting global companies with $7B+ in revenue. Prospect for new business, engage C-level stakeholders, navigate complex procurement processes, and sell Zip’s AI-powered procurement platform. The role requires consultative solution selling, executive-level consensus building, and closing complex SaaS deals. The successful candidate will also help shape sales strategy, processes, and culture in a high-growth startup environment.
