Create technical demos, reference architectures, and workshops that make a complex AI-agent security platform understandable. Gather field and customer feedback, validate AI-generated content for accuracy, enable sales and partners with technical assets, represent the product at events, and support launches and technical positioning across product and marketing teams.

Build and lead Zenity’s partner marketing function across VARs, solution providers, hyperscalers, and technical integration partners. Develop multi-touch account-based campaigns, co-marketing programs, partner enablement, and go-to-market support for integrations. Manage partner relationships with autonomy, collaborate with Alliances and Product Marketing, and drive measurable pipeline through creative startup-scale programs.

Serve as a dedicated technical partner for strategic enterprise customers, owning complex technical investigations across integrations, observability, and detection systems. Provide executive communication during high-visibility incidents, drive root-cause resolution, build trust with senior security stakeholders, identify recurring risks and optimizations, and help scale Strategic Support through documentation and on-call participation.
