The DRG Operations Analyst supports Expert Claims Review operations, manages claims, assists with training, ensures adherence to client requirements, and oversees ECR processes.

Serve as a Payment Integrity subject-matter expert supporting sales and client management. Provide pre- and post-sales engineering, proposal content, product demonstrations, data analysis, training, and implementation support to drive revenue, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure product performance and client satisfaction.

Lead global engineering teams for S365 and SmartShopper, partner with Product and Architecture to deliver scalable cloud solutions, drive modernization and operational excellence, mentor managers and senior engineers, and establish engineering standards, roadmaps, and metrics to improve delivery, reliability, and performance.
