Teams at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC

Performs outsourced accounting for nonprofit clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, grant tracking, cash-flow monitoring, and audit preparation. The Accountant works with multiple clients, staff, boards, and finance committees in virtual and on-site settings. The role requires client communication, accounting software proficiency, Excel skills, and a willingness to travel as needed, with opportunities for advancement to Controller.

Serve as an outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, grant management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close, internal controls, compliance improvements, audit management, data visualization, and client and staff training. The role involves advising nonprofit leadership, boards, and finance committees while managing multiple client relationships in a hybrid environment.
