Lead preconstruction activities for data center projects from concept to construction handover. Responsibilities include due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, estimating, risk management, value engineering, vendor selection and oversight, constructability reviews, and supporting procurement and contract negotiations to align scope, budget, and schedule.

Lead mechanical design SME for global data center projects. Provide technical leadership on mechanical systems design, ensure compliance with standards, manage consultants, review designs at stage gates, support commissioning and operations, engage supply chain, and drive innovation in efficiency, resilience and buildability across hyperscale and AI compute facilities.

Build and manage financial models and valuations to support transactions and investments. Support financing, due diligence, data room management, legal negotiations, and prepare presentation materials. Perform financial analysis with Development and Finance teams, research market trends, assist commercial negotiations, and support business strategy and project delivery.
