Leads regional operations training across data center sites, including onboarding, role-based instruction, drills, qualification boards, assessments, remediation, and training content development. Maintains auditable records, dashboards, qualification paths, and training plans while partnering with technical operations, safety, site leaders, and subject matter experts. Supports mobilizations, new-site readiness, vendor training, continuous improvement, and global training standardization. Regular travel within the assigned region is required.

Leads global customer solutions engineering across pre-sales, post-sale delivery, and customer relationships. Oversees technical requirements, solution design, RFP responses, contract accuracy, delivery compliance, and customer-facing engineering discussions. Partners with finance, design, construction, operations, and development teams while supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, product innovation, and market strategy. Requires data center lifecycle expertise and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into deliverable requirements.

Build and manage financial models and valuations to support transactions and investments. Support financing, due diligence, data room management, legal negotiations, and prepare presentation materials. Perform financial analysis with Development and Finance teams, research market trends, assist commercial negotiations, and support business strategy and project delivery.
