Lead and grow the backend engineering team that owns the high-traffic application process. Own technical direction, architecture, delivery, hiring, and hands-on engineering (design/code reviews). Partner with product and design to take ambiguous problems to production while raising engineering standards.

Build and maintain resilient backend systems, participate across the product development lifecycle, collaborate with product and design, raise engineering standards, think through system lifecycles and failure modes, and contribute broadly at an early-stage fintech. Work primarily with backend technologies (Go preferred) and cloud/datastore tools.

The Senior Product Designer leads end-to-end design for digital products, focusing on user experience, interaction design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include creating prototypes, conducting user research, mentoring junior designers, and evolving the design system while leveraging AI in product development.
