Lead and grow the backend engineering team that owns the high-traffic application process. Own technical direction, architecture, delivery, hiring, and hands-on engineering (design/code reviews). Lead product for internal AI and ops automation platforms across credit card operations, fraud, banking, collections, and engineering productivity. Own vision, roadmap, and KPIs; use LLMs to automate workflows end-to-end; conduct user research with ops and cardholders; and drive cross-functional delivery to lower cost-to-serve while improving customer and ops experience.
