Lead revenue analytics and planning by creating dashboards, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses; improve reporting processes, monitor KPIs, support revenue leadership, and mentor students while partnering cross-functionally to drive revenue outcomes.

Provide high-level administrative support to two to three senior executives, managing calendars, travel, communications, meeting logistics, and expense processing. Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, support presentations and events, and proactively drive priorities. Act as a site team member mentoring students and facilitating group sessions. Coordinate with Executive Operations and senior leadership to increase efficiency and productivity.

Lead prospect research and pipeline development for institutional and corporate giving. Build and implement research processes and systems, manage a research team, generate high-potential leads, synthesize data into actionable cultivation and solicitation strategies, support portfolio reviews, and partner with revenue leadership. Also mentor and facilitate student group sessions as part of the site team.
