Executes partner RFQs for manufacturing opportunities by reviewing engineering drawings and CAD files, assessing manufacturability, selecting qualified suppliers, collecting and evaluating bids, negotiating pricing, and awarding work. Tracks bid and partner performance metrics, identifies cost and margin improvements, and collaborates with product, operations, finance, and analytics teams to improve RFQ processes and partner experience.

Lead Xometry’s global Workday implementation from design through go-live. Configure Core HCM and related modules across US, EMEA, China, and India; translate business requirements into system design; manage testing, integrations, data conversion, security, reporting, governance, and defect resolution. Partner with the implementation SI, functional teams, and leadership while supporting change management, training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live operations.

Lead complex cross-functional operational programs from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, timelines, risks, and KPIs; coordinating product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams; analyzing data for process improvements and automation; and promoting lean operational practices.
