Teams at WuXi Chemistry

Develops and executes marketing strategy across planning, campaigns, tradeshows, events, digital channels, and CRM. Manages event logistics, lead collection, campaign tracking, CRM workflows, segmentation, dashboards, and performance reporting. Collaborates with marketing, sales, scientific, content, and business teams to improve lead generation, customer engagement, brand awareness, and lifecycle management.

Leads CMC projects across API and drug product development and manufacturing, managing initiation, planning, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, client communications, and cross-functional teams. Supports technical problem-solving, proposals, change orders, business development, customer visits, conferences, and project reporting. Requires pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO experience, CMC and GMP knowledge, strong project management skills, English and Mandarin proficiency, and approximately 25% travel.

Drives regional sales growth for WuXi Biology by prospecting, developing customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, negotiating proposals, and closing new business. Partners with scientific and internal teams to deliver client solutions, achieve sales and profitability targets, manage customer relationships, and expand accounts. Represents the organization at conferences and facilitates customer travel to China. The remote role preferably supports East Coast coverage and requires significant client and conference travel.
