Teams at WorldStrides

Design usable, accessible, on-brand digital experiences for WorldStrides’ pre-trip products. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, clickable Figma prototypes, reusable components, and design-system foundations. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and user research teams across multiple pods, incorporate user feedback, use AI tools to accelerate design exploration, and deliver organized files ready for engineering handoff.

Generates and grows performing arts accounts through prospecting, cold calling, networking, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Manages sales pipelines, profitability, customer needs assessments, and account rebooking while collaborating with account managers, event coordinators, and marketing. Hosts meetings for school and community groups, supports itinerary and budget revisions, and helps coordinate student music events. The role requires achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and occasional travel with additional seasonal evening and weekend hours.

Develops and executes acquisition marketing strategies across digital and direct mail channels to increase qualified inquiries, enrollments, and revenue. Manages paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, audience segmentation, testing, conversion optimization, agency partnerships, and budget allocation. Uses CRM and customer data to improve targeting, while building Power BI reports to track leads, conversion rates, costs, and marketing ROI. Collaborates with Creative, Analytics, Sales, and business teams to optimize the customer journey.
