Teams at Workday

Drives add-on and renewal sales of Workday solutions to existing medium-enterprise customers. Responsibilities include account planning, relationship management, consultative upselling, negotiating with C-suite executives, managing long sales cycles, developing account strategies, and coordinating with presales, marketing, technical, digital, and sales-support teams.

Lead pricing for one to two product lines, developing pricing, packaging, bundling, and monetization strategies. Analyze deal, customer usage, sales, and feedback data to identify opportunities and improve pricing outcomes. Partner closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, legal, and operations teams while influencing stakeholders across a global matrixed organization.

Advise enterprise customers on identity governance and access management strategies. Architect solutions across IGA, IAM, CIEM, and PAM; lead workshops, demos, and executive discussions; design cloud identity integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure; and build custom integrations using APIs, SDKs, Go, and Terraform. Explain identity protocols, troubleshoot workflows, promote zero-trust practices, and provide thought leadership on identity security for human and AI-agent access.
