Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept for Workato’s enterprise sales cycles. Advise Fortune 500 customers on iPaaS, integration, automation, AI orchestration, and agentic workflows, translating technical capabilities into business value. Partner with account teams and post-sales functions, support RFIs/RFPs, facilitate customer onboarding and first value, represent Workato at events, and channel customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will design and implement AI-driven solutions, focusing on autonomous workflows and integration using the Workato platform. Responsibilities include developing agent-based AI workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing system performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
