Supports a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP integration strategy by configuring Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement modules, establishing legal entities, defining business requirements, and resolving system and data issues. Leads functional testing, UAT, deployment, test automation, quality assurance, and data migration validation. Collaborates with legal, finance, operations, and technical teams to improve business processes, automate workflows, close process gaps, and ensure accurate, effective ERP implementations.

Leads complex, high-value proposal pursuits from strategy through submission and debrief. Advises executives on pursuit selection, capture strategy, go/no-go decisions, risk mitigation, and win strategies. Establishes proposal governance, standards, compliance processes, and review plans; facilitates executive reviews and client presentations. Oversees portfolio performance, process improvement, quality assurance, and proposal technology. Mentors proposal staff, develops talent, monitors win trends, and represents the proposal function in strategic planning and business development forums.

Lead complex federal proposal submissions from solicitation analysis through final delivery. Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating technical content and reviews, ensuring compliance and QA/QC, supporting capture planning and win themes, researching ERP data, preparing shortlist interviews, improving proposal processes, and mentoring coordinators and interns. The role requires federal contracting vehicle expertise, strong communication and organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
