Source, screen, interview, and onboard frontline workers while supporting customer and worker operations. Resolve placement issues, monitor candidate performance, maintain recruiting documentation, coordinate hiring events and customer-site activities, and improve recruiting processes using performance metrics. Partner with operations, marketing, product, market, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Supports escalated worker incident investigations, employee relations cases, workers’ compensation claims and partner coordination. Reviews claim trends, assigns compensation codes, issues certificates of insurance, documents processes, assists with audits, and flags co-employment risks. The role collaborates with Trust & Safety, Compliance, Legal, customer-facing teams, carriers, and adjusters while improving workflows and protecting the worker experience.
