Manages and renews a portfolio of major customer accounts while prospecting for new business. Develops annual account plans, drives retention and new sales, expands existing contracts with additional products and services, and targets competitive strategic accounts. Collaborates with sales leadership to establish regional strategies and achieve retention and revenue goals across 200–300 current and prospective B2B accounts.

Supports internal non-technical projects by assisting with planning, scheduling, progress tracking, budget monitoring, documentation, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, meetings, change management, compliance, and project reporting.

Build, integrate, test, and deploy healthcare technology prototypes and product extensions for strategic customers. Translate clinical and operational problems into measurable use cases, working software, and scalable product capabilities. Apply healthcare interoperability standards, AI-enabled workflows, secure SDLC practices, observability, automated testing, and responsible AI principles. Collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, clinical, security, privacy, legal, and compliance teams to validate outcomes and convert field learnings into reusable APIs, connectors, architectures, and roadmap priorities.
