Teams at Wiz

Owns the technical product strategy for Wiz’s U.S. public-sector offerings, including FedRAMP and DoD IL4/5 products. Translates federal compliance requirements into product specifications, prioritizes government-specific features, manages the Wiz4Gov roadmap, and supports federal customers and internal teams. The role coordinates engineering, product, compliance, DevOps, marketing, and go-to-market stakeholders while overseeing feature authorization, government-specific SKUs, license updates, and regulatory readiness.

Own GTM systems strategy and roadmap for the Customer Engineering team. Partner with stakeholders across GTM, IT, Procurement, BI, Product, and Development to improve workflows, manage systems projects, scale technology adoption, and align AI-driven capabilities with operational needs. Document processes, prioritize requests, remove silos, and establish best practices for efficient, customer-focused revenue operations.

Manage the quote-to-close renewal process for commercial customers, achieving retention, growth, and contract extension goals. Partner with Customer Success to assess account health, forecast renewals, identify and mitigate churn risks, and resolve customer concerns. Build relationships with channel and alliance partners, collaborate with Legal and Deals Desk, manage multiple renewals concurrently, and contribute to process improvements.
