Manage financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and other transactions. Coordinate workstreams, analyze target financial and operational data, assess quality of earnings and working capital, evaluate forecasts and cash flows, identify transaction and integration issues, and prepare findings and recommendations. The role involves direct client interaction, management interviews, mentoring junior staff, industry research, data visualization, and up to 40% travel.

Manage multiple cost segregation engagements from planning through delivery, supervise and mentor engagement teams, conduct property inspections, review construction and financial records, analyze blueprints and specifications, and prepare engineering-based cost segregation reports. The role also involves client relationship management, engagement budgeting, practice development, proposal support, and collaboration with tax, valuation, and real estate professionals.
