Provide general office support including customer service, answering and directing calls, mail distribution, supply requisition, and clerical tasks. Maintain organized records, use Microsoft Office and other software, and perform keyboarding duties. Part-time role at a senior living community.

Provide and coordinate resident nursing care in an assisted living setting, support compliance with state and federal regulations, assist Resident Care Director with assessments, service plans, and supervision of CNA staff, and support geriatric-focused care delivery.

Provide front-desk concierge and valet services for an independent living community: greet residents and guests, answer phones, manage inquiries, handle packages, coordinate valet parking using Cubigo, deliver items, maintain lobby order, support hospitality tasks, follow HIPPA confidentiality, and uphold Wingate's "5 Star" service standards.
