Provide hands-on clinical support as a traveling Licensed Practical Nurse across multiple assisted living communities, including medication administration, assessments, coverage for vacancies/PTO, onboarding support, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with Wellness Nurses and clinical leadership.

Provide front-desk and concierge services for residents and guests: greet visitors, answer phones, manage inquiries, handle packages, and coordinate resident services. Perform valet duties (park/retrieve vehicles), use Cubigo to manage requests, maintain lobby cleanliness, uphold HIPAA confidentiality, and deliver excellent hospitality-focused customer service during nights and weekends.

Provide nursing care in assisted living; assist the Resident Care Director with assessments, care plans, regulatory compliance, and supervision of CNA staff. Support wellness activities and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines.

Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leaders and manage daily corporate office operations. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, visitor reception, phone and mail handling, office supply and vendor management, internal communications, event planning, and other administrative duties. Maintain confidentiality and support cross-functional teams.
