Lead and scale the global trade compliance and export control program, owning EAR/ITAR jurisdiction and ECCN/USML classifications, export licensing (BIS/DDTC), investigations, audits, policies, and training. Advise executive and cross-functional teams, embed controls into engineering and operations, and ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.

Lead and deliver company-wide cost savings and strategic supply chain projects. Develop project plans, partner with Finance to validate savings, drive cross-functional execution, redesign processes for efficiency, and provide executive-level reporting on risks and financial outcomes.

Lead end-to-end new product development and commercialization projects, managing cross-functional teams, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication. Implement stage-gate processes, facilitate design reviews and tollgates, and ensure timely delivery of technical and business milestones.
